Michigan Tribe Basketball 2026 Summer Camp

Join us this summer for the Michigan Tribe Basketball Summer Camp at Brighton High School! Our camp is designed for incoming 3rd grade through high school boys and girls looking to improve their skills, build confidence, compete, and have fun in a high-energy environment. Players will receive elite instruction, skill development training, competitions, and live game play led by Michigan Tribe coaches and athletes. Spots are limited, so register early below to reserve your place!

General Camp Questions

Who can attend the camp?

The Michigan Tribe Summer Basketball Camp is open to incoming 3rd grade through high school boys and girls for the 2026–2027 school year.

Where is the camp located?

All camp sessions will take place at Brighton High School in Brighton, Michigan.

What are the camp dates?

  • Boys Camp — July 19

  • Girls Camp — July 26

How will players be grouped?

Players will be separated by incoming grade divisions:

  • 3rd–5th Grade

  • 6th–8th Grade

  • High School

What is included with registration?

Registration includes:

  • Camp instruction

  • Skill development stations

  • Competitions & games

  • Team photos

  • Social media highlights

  • Michigan Tribe camp experience

What should campers bring?

Players should bring:

  • Basketball shoes

  • Water bottle

  • Basketball

  • Comfortable athletic clothing

Are beginners welcome?

Yes! Players of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.

How long are the camp sessions?

Each session will run for approximately 2.5 hours.

What time should players arrive?

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and warm-ups.

Is there limited availability?

Yes — spots are limited to help maintain quality instruction and maximize player development.

Waiver & Release of Liability

I, the parent/guardian of the registered participant, give permission for my child to participate in the Michigan Tribe Basketball Summer Camp. I understand that participation in basketball activities involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and other related risks associated with sports activities.

I certify that my child is physically able to participate in camp activities and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation unless disclosed prior to camp. In the event of an emergency, I authorize camp staff to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.

I hereby release and hold harmless Michigan Tribe Basketball, Brighton High School, camp directors, coaches, volunteers, staff members, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the camp.

I also grant permission for photos and videos taken during camp activities to be used by Michigan Tribe Basketball for promotional and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Payment

After June 30th, registration pricing will increase to $80 per player. Registrations submitted after July 18th will be subject to a late registration fee of $100 per player.
